Team culture: We have an inclusive, supportive team culture, a social calendar with a range of different activities throughout the year, including sport events, lunches, dinners, games nights and regular Friday afternoon drinks. Diverse experience: We are industry agnostic and provide services to local, state and federal government and large corporations allowing our staff to gain experience across all categories and market sectors. 

Social impact: We provide pro-bono procurement services to a number of local charities and not-for-profit organisations and we are big on our support and donations to Red Cross Lifeblood across the organisation.

Flexibility: We offer full-time and part-time roles, flexible working arrangements such as work-from-home options and flexible working hours and as a family friendly workplace, we truly believe in work-life-balance.

Training & Development: Monthly internal training sessions are held to share knowledge and learning within the team and staff get the opportunity to undertake formal training to grow within their role and with the business as we expand into new markets.
