Ya Wen Chang is a detail-oriented procurement professional with experience across public sector ICT and building construction procurement. She began her procurement career as a graduate with the Queensland Department of Education within the Building Construction and Maintenance category, before transitioning into a Procurement Officer role supporting ICT procurement. 

Ya Wen’s expertise includes end-to-end procurement, stakeholder engagement, contract management, market research and analysis, and procurement compliance. She has experience working within Queensland Government probity requirements and procurement frameworks, including QPP and QITC. 

Ya Wen also holds a Bachelor in Global Logistics and Maritime Management, majoring in Supply Chain Management, and has completed the Level 1 Procurement Certification Program (PCP) in Queensland, underpinning her strong capability across sourcing and contract management.
