Stefania is a Civil Engineer by trade with over 10 years' experience in Procurement and Contract Management. Her experience expands across project development, including major rail and water infrastructure projects across Australia, construction and renewable energy. 

Stefi is an established subject matter expert who leads high value, high risk procurements for clients across the public and private sector. She has worked across a range of delivery environments, including Principal, Owner, Contractor and Client-side roles, providing her a well-rounded perspective on procurement and project delivery. Her strengths lie in her adept problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Stefania holds a Master’s in Management of International Engineering Projects, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and a Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting, underpinning her strong technical and commercial capability.
