Elisha is a recruitment professional with five years of experience across procurement recruitment in Australia and the UK, having worked across both agency and in-house recruitment.

She has recruited across a range of procurement and commercial roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, identify talent and manage candidates through the recruitment process. Her experience includes recruitment across procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, category management, contract management and broader procurement and commercial functions.

Elisha’s expertise includes talent identification, sourcing, screening, interviewing and recruitment strategy. She brings a strong understanding of the procurement market and takes a friendly and approachable approach to building relationships with candidates and the wider Procurement Co team.
