Dias is a proactive and adaptable professional with experience across strategic sourcing, project controls, and stakeholder coordination. She has supported the preparation of tender documentation, logistical planning, and cross-functional communication, along with cost reporting and commercial analysis across green energy, mining, and ports projects.  

Dias holds a Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical (Honours) and brings a strong analytical approach as well as a genuine enthusiasm for solving complex problems.
