Caroline is a versatile Procurement Consultant with experience spanning sourcing, international development and small business operations. She has supported both public and private sector clients across Australia and Europe, bringing a global perspective to procurement delivery. 

Caroline’s expertise includes end-to-end sourcing, data analysis, market research, contract support and report writing. She also provides procurement delivery support across planning, evaluation and implementation, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and vendor management. 

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications), underpinning her strength in communication, analysis and client collaboration.
