Brad is an experienced procurement professional with almost two decades of experience across both public and private sector organisations. He has a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and delivering value for money outcomes through efficient, transparent and compliant procurement practices.  

Brad’s expertise spans procurement strategy, advisory, end-to-end procurement, category management, and contract management. He has led high-value, complex procurement activities, managed contract risk and compliance, and supported governance and probity requirements across a range of procurement environments. Brad also has significant experience delivering cost savings through strategic purchasing and contract management, implementing digital procurement systems, establishing supplier panels, and managing KPI and financial reporting.  

Brad has category experience across ICT, construction, contingent labour, travel and specialist services. He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Logistics and Supply Network Management, underpinning his strong commercial and operational procurement capability.
